It looks like the fix I did last night didn't stick. The cool thing is, the way I found out was that the owner of the new hosting company checked the site this morning, saw that it was down again and called me personally. That's the kind of support I need!
Anyway, he made a suggestion on how to fix the issue and it worked. I'll be applying the fix to my other sites late tonight to insure the issue doesn't recur with them.
